Managing Director (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Sets overall plant policies and procedures to ensure effective operations consistent with the Collins Management System, Values and Philosophy
- Coordinates and directs through managers, all functions of facility operations, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Mfg. Engineering, Engineering, Business Development, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, HR, and Finance
- Aligns operational objectives with the overall business objectives to ensure a strategy-focused workforce by driving continuous improvement collaborations and building customer relationships
- Directs, coaches and mentors the site leadership team in the performance of their respective roles and consistent with the Collins Path model
- Drives compliance to the ethics policy and holds others accountable for ethical conduct
- Accountable for the day-to-day decisions that directly impact the safety, quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and profitability of the overall plant
- Maintains a workforce of highly motivated employees with a morale that is conducive to high levels of employee engagement
- Assures timely and relevant communications to and from all levels. This includes assuring communications between affected reporting areas and to related departments
- Focus is on formation and execution of long-term strategic goals (i.e., more than 3 years) to achieve business results, which may require substantial development of new processes, standards, or operational plans to achieve strategies
- Responsible for improving upon entire processes or systems, leveraging on personal past experiences and in-depth understanding of best practices in the marketplace that may improve the competitive position of the organization

- Performs other duties as assigned
Your qualifications:
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma quality and operating systems
- Experience with direct customer interface
- Previous experience directly leading teams in manufacturing operations including electric systems, SMT lines manual and automated
- Technical understanding of electric power systems and equipment is a must
- Advanced Degree preferred in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management or other STEM subject
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
Project Controller (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Project controlling in customer or group-internal projects
- Evaluation and processing of the commercial project data, such as project progress, workload performed in the individual work packages
- Preparation of reporting and presentation documents as well as (deviation) analyzes to support project and management decisions
- Support of the project managers in the consistent implementation of the project according to plan (budget and progress)
- Monthly project invoice verification and creation of commercial reports
Your qualifications:
- Completed business administration training or degree or a comparable qualification
- Experiences in project work
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Project and an ERP system (e.g., Infor) desirable
- Previous work preferably in an industrial company
- Dedicated, active, team-oriented and independent way of thinking and working
- Excellent financial analytical and conceptual skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Technician/Engineer (m/f/d) Automation Technology/Mechatronics
Your tasks:
- Optimization of existing production processes
- Procurement of new process equipment
- Further development of process automation
- Maintenance and further development of the MES system
- Ergonomic and process-reliable design of devices and workstations
- Support of the process technology
Your qualifications:
- Technician or engineer (m/f/d) in application and automation technology or mechatronics
- Relevant vocational training is desirable
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Development Engineer BSc./MSc. Electrical Engineering/Electronics (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Design, development, simulation and test of analog and digital circuits for solid state power controller modules
- Development of circuit concepts and feasibility analysis
- Coordination of development tasks with an international development team
- Schematic design and coordination of layout activities
- Planning and conducting of development and qualification tests
- Documentation and evaluation of test results
Your qualifications:
- Expert Knowledge and work experience in development of electrical circuits
- Knowledge of digital electronics or power electronics is desirable
- Experience and safe handling of EDA systems (preferred Cadence Allegro)
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and contributing your own ideas
- Independent working style
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Product and document maintenance in the event of changes
- Coordination in case of obsolescence of individual components
- Configuration management of the responsible products
- Evaluation of the products based on metrics (e.g. trends in test data)
- Close cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Production departments in the context of field returns from series production
- Cooperation with other departments on product industrialization and product quality issues
- Supporting the development team with measures to optimize future products
Your qualifications:
- Experience in the electronics industry
- Experience in leading smaller projects
- Experience in configuration management

Technology Developer (m/f/d) Assembly and Interconnection Technology
Your tasks:
- Design of Assembly and Interconnection Technologies of Solid State Power Modules for avionic applications. The focus is on development and qualification of electromechanical interconnection systems, SMT and soldering on printed circuit boards
- Test, evaluation and selection of existing and new technologies for avionic applications
- Development, test and qualification of electromechanical interconnection technologies for avionic applications
- Development and maintenance of process and qualification documents
- Conduct and coordinate development and qualification tests
- Definition of requirements for the PCB Design (e.g. Layout rules, component footprints)
- Support of the industrialization and technical improvement of existing processes and materials
- Support of product planning and development as process expert
- Coordination with co-workers and external suppliers in a national and international environment
Your qualifications:
- BSc. or MSc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Technology or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of Soldering processes and the related industry standards (e.g. IPC)
- Working knowledge of Stack-up and Design/Layout of PCBs
- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma Methods (PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE)
